Welcome to Baker Act Training.

Through a contract with the Florida Department of Children and Families, the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy at the University of South Florida has developed statewide on-line training on Baker Act (civil commitment) procedures in Florida. This on-line training supplements the instructor led one-day workshop offered every other year.
